Waterproofing Membranes
Waterproofing membranes installed on plaza decks covering occupied space, provide a watertight surface, under the decorative topside finishes. These liquid or sheet good materials are installed with precision to comply with manufacture’s tolerances, prior to being covered with pavers, planters, fountains, etc. Mid-Continental Restoration is a qualified installer for many of these systems.

H&R Block – Expansion Joint Replacement
This is another project on the H&R Block World Headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri. We are currently in the process of removing and replacing failed expansion joints that separate the office building tower and the lobby. Work is also underway to replace the waterproofing membrane and expansion joint that separate the two sections of parking garage. This work is being undertaken to alleviate moisture infiltration into various occupied spaces, including the main lobby, storage areas, and parking garage.
