Mitchell Park

The Mitchell Park Plaza was converted from a manufacturing facility to loft apartments. The uppermost level of the building was seeing severe moisture infiltration due to very deteriorated mortar joints. Once a series of water tests were conducted, the determination was made to replace 100% of the mortar joints from the windows upward, and replace damaged bricks. This project was performed on an occupied structure and required various rigging techniques, including mast climbers and swing stages.
