 J. Frank Halsey (President)
Frank Halsey has 21 years experience in the masonry restoration business and has seen the work performed at many levels through-out the MCR organization.  Frank started with MCR in 1988 as a member of one of the restoration crews and has since worked this way up through the ranks to the office of president.  Frank like most of the MCR management truly understands first-hand the issues associated with maintaining and preserving masonry structures because of this hands-on experience.  Frank also believes in giving back to the industry that has allowed MCR to be so successful.  Frank is an active member in SWRI (The Sealant Waterproofing and Restoration Institute) and is the acting president for the 2009 year.
