Absent an industry education process, Mid-Continental created a skills training program in masonry restoration in conjunction with Fort Scott Community College.

SWRI, the Sealant, Waterproofing & Restoration Institute, recognizes Mid-Continental's program as an essential resource to the industry and routinely refers workers throughout the country to this program.

In addition, we exceed industry norms with our Level 2 Journeyman and Level 2 Foreman positions for which there are higher performance standards, training and compensation.

Over the last 50 years, Mid-Continental has developed specialized techniques that are now in common use in masonry restoration and waterproofing. We know how and when to use methods, materials and equipment appropriate to historic masonry as well as to more modern buildings.
