The Lancaster, Texas Visitor Center project was a conversion of a 1900’s train depot to a tourist visitor’s center. Komatsu Architecture designed and developed the project plans and specifications and the City of Lancaster Texas and the Texas DOT funded the $378,000.00 project. Mid-Continental Restoration was hired by The Fain Group as a sub-contractor to perform all the work scopes related to the masonry restoration. MCR performed the following work scopes:
